JVR Sports 2009 Villa Carlos Paz Cycling Camp Policy and Terms

Please read the form below before you make a reservation. Be sure to follow the proper procedure regarding paying your deposit, either by sending a check in the mail or by processing your credit card information by phone or online. If you have ANY questions, please contact Jorge Romero at 610-797-2222. Please note that your registration is not complete until you have been contacted by our staff; please do not make air arrangements until you speak with us and your registration is confirmed.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Understand that the $1,500.00 or $756.00 deposit is nonrefundable. Full payment is due 60 days prior to trip start date. After October 17th of 2009, an additional $200 supplement will be required. Refund of 50% will be refunded, less deposit if cancellation is received within 30-60 days of trip start date. Within 25 days, no refund will be granted. If space is available, you may transfer your deposit to another JVR Sports camp.

If we (JVR Sports, Ltd.) have to cancel a camp for any reason, we will refund you the full amount including your deposit within 30 days of trip cancel. We cannot however be responsible for expenses incurred with airline tickets.

Further understand that trip insurance is available to participants at an extra charge and is strongly recommended.

Liability Release Agreement
In consideration of the approval of Participant's admission to JVR Sports 2009 Cycling Camps and associated activities, the undersigned agree to the following:

• Definition and Representations. "Activities" as the term issued in this Agreement, include: Bicycle riding, racing, training, classes and related activities or excursions, transportation in the Camp support vehicles, spectating, attending lectures and other events related to the Camp. The undersigned represent that they are fully aware of the risks of the Activities. The undersigned represent that they are aware that they should consult a physician regarding Participant's participation in the Camp and that participation has been approved by such physician if one has been consulted. Risks include without limitation, cars, road and trail conditions, health conditions, weather, equipment failure, driver error, rider error ,and many other reasons included in the "Think Safety First." document included in the web site and recommended reading for all participants, including both riding and non-riding guests (paying clients & guests) of bike camp.
• Assumption of Risk. The undersigned hereby assumes all risk of participation in the Activities including without limitation those listed above, whether such risks are caused by negligence of any person or otherwise.
• Waiver, Release, Discharge, Agreement Not to Sue. The undersigned hereby fully release, waive claims against, discharge and agree not to sue, JVR Sports, Ltd., Jorge E. Romero, Veronica Martinez, camp speakers, ride leaders, coaches, camp sponsors, special guests, directors, agents, employees, independent contractors, representatives of each, from any and all liability to the undersigned, their personal representative, heirs, assigns for any and all damage, injury or death of Participant, while the Participant is engaged in the Activities, whether caused by carelessness or negligence of the Camp, directors, sponsors, staff or guests of JVR Sports, Ltd. Additionally, client assumes full responsibility for his/her bike during the Camp.
• Indemnify and Hold Harmless. The undersigned Participant,and the parents of Participant, hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless JVR Sports, Ltd., Jorge E. Romero, Veronica Martinez, camp speakers, ride leaders, coaches, camp sponsors, directors, agents, employees, independent contractors, representatives of each from any loss, liability or damage, including attorney's fees incurred from any suit, demand or legal action arising out of any alleged injury, damage or death resulting from Participant's engagement in all Activities, whether such injury, damage, death is alleged to or did result from the negligence of any person.
• Medical Care. Although the undersigned acknowledge that there is no obligation of any person to provide participants with medical care during or after the Activities, in the event that emergency medical care is rendered to Participant, the undersigned hereby consent to such care. Paragraphs 2 through 4 apply to such medical care as part of the Activities.
• Equipment. The undersigned Participant may at times borrow JVR Sports, Ltd. equipment at his or her own risk. The undersigned is responsible for his or her equipment & all belongings during Camp, whether lost, stolen or damaged.
• Use of Photographs, recording, depiction. The undersigned agrees to grant permission to JVR Sports, Ltd. to utilize their likeness on the web site, in videos, and in written materials.
• Interpretation. This document is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. If any portion of it is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall continue to be in full force and effect. It is agreed that the laws of the State of Pennsylvania shall govern this Agreement.
• Understand that by continuing with the reservation procedures represents a signature and acceptance of these policies and agreement.

Please note: We (JVR Sports, Ltd. highly recommend you book trip insurance within 7 days of sending in your deposit (pre existing conditions are covered if you do this). Travel Guard Insurance is a reliable and easy way for you to be protected because "things happens." If you opt out of travel insurance, please read again the cancellation policy.

 Please bring a copy of your insurance card with you to camp, as well as a copy of any trip insurance you have taken and/or medical evacuation insurance. We also require a copy of your passport.

After September 31, no more deposits will be accepted, only payments in full for non-airfare packages .

Last reminder; Note that by continuing with either options for payment of this trip you are acknowledging to have read, that you understand and agree to our Payment & Cancellation Policy, Liability Waiver and understand that there is legal binding with them. Also that you accept the terms freely and voluntarily.
