If you are experiencing aches, pains or discomfort that do not go away with rest, then you may be experiencing some form of postural disfunction that will require a change in your training to correct. Our postural and movement analyses take you through a thorough series of screens that assess you in a standing posture, on the bike and while performing a series of functional movement.
These postural deviations are typically the result of the repetitive nature of cyclic sports movements, previous injuries and movement patterns found in everyday life resulting in short, tight musculature and weak muscles that create imbalances, discomfort, chronic pain and eventually, if unaddressed, injury.
The purpose of these screens is to view you in the postures you commonly find yourself in, in every day life and in your sport to determine the contributing factors. We can then design a corrective exercise and performance program to help bring your body back into alignment, prevent injury and improve performance.
