Our approach is simple, we use the Artisan method. In South America, the best ice cream or 'helado', comes from the 'Artesanos' vendors - which means it's made at home or in the country side (Helado Artesanal). We feel our bike camps are also Artesanales, or of artisan quality. We craft every detail with the hope of creating the perfect cycling vacation for you. We are not a big company and we run less than ten bike camps per year; so you won't find us burned out, nor will you find a cookie cutter approach to your vacation. Our camps are original and personal.

Who attends our bike camps?

Unless noted, JVR Sports, Ltd. provides road bike programs for young-at-heart adults. This may include experienced, competitive cyclists as well as non competitive ones. Most of our clients are “serious recreational cyclists”. Ages may range from 16 to 79, but are by no means limited by age. Group sizes may vary from 18 to 36 participants per camp. Our eclectic groups join as cyclists; we respect each other's abilities and capabilities. We endeavor to lead by example both on and off the bike. The environment we strive to create is calm, yet festive, respectful yet playful, adventurous yet safe. We like to joke around, but we take our business seriously. We work on your vacation.

What to expect from our trips?
If you like to explore new worlds, sample different cuisines or experience the fellowship cycling camps can provide, then you have come to the right place.
There are at least two groups graded by average speed, so that groups are homogeneous with no rider being held back or being continually pressed beyond his or her limitations. This helps you reap the rewards of your fitness (whatever level you may have achieved).

While at camp, we encourage you to look up, smell the roses, and definitely enjoy the scenery. Our routes are a visual and sensory feast. We hope this helps those who have not been to any of our camps understand what we do. Now please take the time to look at the selection of camps we have to offer. If you have any questions or want to make a reservation feel free to contact us.
