Basic Skills Coaching is for the active person who understands and desires the benefits of working directly with a professional coach, but is not interested in a racing-focused coaching program, as any new cycling enthusiasts would. The Basic Skills athlete wants to improve he’s or her handling skills, develop a relationship with a professional coach, learn techniques and strategies for optimal performance and gain all-around fitness and sport specific strength.
With our Basic Skills program learning about bike safety while training individually and/or in groups is fundamental. As our most economical full-service coaching package, Basic skills is best for people with consistent personal schedules and time span to attend the scheduled sessions.
